Collection and Use of Personal Information

Greentoe.com which is an online marketplace ("site") that provides, among other things, the ability for online consumers ("Buyers") to submit an offer to buy a product at a price they desire, and the ability for interested retailers to accept the offer ("services"). As we are incorporated in the United States of America, your information will be transmitted to, held and processed by us there in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we Collect

We collect two kinds of information related to you: (a) Personally Identifiable Information ("PII"); and (b) Non-Personally Identifiable Information ("Non-PII").

• Personally Identifiable Information: PII includes any information that identifies you as a person. We collect your PII when you choose to register with us or when you choose to participate in the feature of our site that lets you submit an offer to buy a product. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, phone number, physical contact information and Credit card information;
• Non-Personally Identifiable Information: Non-PII is any information that does not identify you as a person including PII which has been rendered anonymous. We obtain non-PII either separately or together with your PII as described above. 2. How We Use the Information Collected

PII and Non-PII is used to provide, or improve, our Site and Services to you and to carry out your offer submissions, respond to your inquiries, better serve you and understand your needs, or is used in other ways naturally associated with the circumstances in which you provided the information.

1. We may disclose Non-PII to:
   • all participating retailers at the time you submit your offer to buy a product. Note: this information is limited to your shipping zip code and state.
   • our third party service providers who perform functions on our behalf in connection with the operation of the Site or Services e.g., providers who host and manage data, process credit card orders, etc;
   • Manufacturer's for the purpose of product warranty registration on behalf of customers.
2. We may disclose PII and Non-PII to:
   • The retailer that accepted your offer to buy a product.
   • our third party service providers who perform functions on our behalf in connection with the operation of the Site or Services e.g., providers who host and manage data, process credit card orders, etc;
   • Manufacturer's for the purpose of product warranty registration on behalf of customers.
3. In addition, we use non-PII to help analyze site traffic, understand customer needs and trends, carry out targeted promotional activities. We may use your non-PII by itself or aggregate it with information we have obtained from others to produce research reports and other information and data about online shopping for participating retailers and other customers, as well as media and other interested parties.
4. Greentoe.com does not control the privacy policies of our retail partners, and you are subject to the privacy policies of those retailers where applicable. Greentoe.com is not and cannot be responsible if you disclose additional information to a retailer after an offer has been accepted.
5. Paypal or other third party service providers may be utilized by Greentoe.com to receive and process financial information related to the transaction. These companies are required to use your financial information solely in order to process and complete the transaction you have requested. . We store your credit card number and other financial information directly related to purchase offers only until your offer is accepted in order for us to facilitated your transaction through the Site. Once an offer is accepted or your offer has expired we immediately remove this information from our system.

3. Security of Information

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We also use a secure server hosting location in the US, firewall protection, controlled access and encryption technology to protect your data, and are PCI compliant. Please be advised, however, that while we strive to protect your PII, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you disclose or transmit to us online and are not responsible for the theft, destruction, or inadvertent disclosure of your PII. In addition, while Greentoe.com takes efforts to ensure the proper and appropriate use of data provided by Greentoe.com to third party companies, promotional partners or vendors, Greentoe.com is not liable for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the use and/or misuse of your collected personal information by Greentoe.com.

5. Cookies and Preference Based Advertising

1.
